Choose something that isn't size-sensitive
Don't know the size? Start with jewelry that has no ring size. Earrings and earstuds always fit. A necklace is a safe choice too: you only choose the length that falls most beautifully. Our Small gestures are small pieces to wear all year round.

A ring after all? Give it and come exchange it
Have you fallen for a ring? Go ahead and give it. Secretly borrow a ring your loved one often wears and compare it with the size chart on the product page. Or bring it to the store and we'll look at it together.
Doesn't the size fit after all? Just drop by to exchange it. If you ordered online, you can return the piece within 14 days of receipt and exchange it for another size or another piece, as long as it is in its original condition and the size is available.
In doubt? A gift card helps
Not sure what your loved one would like? With a gift card, you give the pleasure of choosing. The digital gift card lands straight in the mailbox, ideal as a last-minute gift. The physical gift card is beautifully packaged and delivered within two working days. Every gift card is valid indefinitely, in the webshop and in our Ghent store.

Order on time and have it wrapped
Ordering online? Jewelry in stock is delivered in Belgium within two working days. If your piece isn't in stock, count on five to ten working days. Choose the "As a gift" packaging when you order, and it's ready to give.
