How long does shipping take?

A standard shipment within Belgium of items in stock takes two business days after receipt of payment. Shipping for international orders can take three to five business days, depending on the destination and customs formalities. For items that are not in stock, you can expect five to ten business days, depending on the product. Please feel free to contact us for more details on shipments.

Which shipping methods are used?

Standard shipments within Belgium are done via DPD or bPost, international orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Mail.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your country and the size of your order. You can easily determine the shipping costs by placing items in your shopping cart, selecting your country and then clicking on 'Update total'. Please note that for orders for shipment outside the EU, additional costs and fees are often charged by the customs authorities of the country in question.
